The American Red Cross
"Sound the Alarm and Save a Life"

Red Cross Volunteer Opportunity

The American Red Cross Blood Drive

Do you often find yourself asking how you can be a part of a solution?  Consider being a blood donor.  The Red Cross has multiple locations and mobile units that are available to facilitate those who want to donate blood and make a difference in the lives of others.

According to the American Red Cross statistics home fires claim seven lives every day.  Having working smoke alarms can cut the risk dramatically and possibly prevent the loss of life.  Join thousands of Red Cross volunteers to raise funds and install 100,000 free smoke alarms nationwide during Sound the Alarm events. This spring the American Red Cross will be installing free smoke alarms, sharing safety information in at-risk communities and be fundraising to help residents prepare for, respond to, and recover from home fires. Would you like to volunteer for one day in Medford, Oregon? Event will be held rain or shine!
